Running
I just finished a run that was just over 6 miles. It took me an hour, and it definitely wasn’t pretty by the end of it, but I did it, and I felt pretty good (until I got home and realized I hadn’t eaten anything for about 6 hours, but that’s another story). That’s at least a mile more than any other run I’ve done.
